We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Handler to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will receive, organize, track, and move inventory throughout the facility while helping maintain accurate stock records. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to perform physical warehouse duties safely.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming inventory
- Label, sort, and place products in assigned storage locations
- Pick and prepare inventory for production, shipment, or internal distribution
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Update inventory records using scanners, warehouse systems, or computer software
- Move products using carts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain clean and organized storage and work areas
- Identify damaged, missing, or incorrectly labeled items
- Follow all company procedures and workplace safety guidelines
- Assist with shipping, receiving, packing, and general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous inventory, warehouse, stocking, or material-handling experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to accurately count, organize, and record inventory
- Basic computer and handheld scanner skills
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
Pay: $23.60 - $28.40 per hour
