TRANSPARENT PAY STRUCTURE
- During Training: Guaranteed weekly pay while you are with a mentor
- After Training (Solo): $1,200 $1,500+ weekly (Based on mileage and performance)
- Payments: Consistent weekly direct deposit
THE TRAINING PROGRAM
- 3 to 5 weeks of 1-on-1 mentorship with an experienced professional
- Focus on real-world skills: mountain driving, backing, and ELD management
- Paid orientation to get you started immediately
BENEFITS & REQUIREMENTS
- Full Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage after 30 days
- Valid Class A CDL and 120+ school hours required
- Must be 21+ with a clean driving record (MVR)
