Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities
Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Encourage and facilitate communication, socialization, and recreational activities to promote emotional well-being and personal growth
Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the individual's treatment team
Maintain accurate and detailed records of care and services provided
