Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a respected correctional facility in Billerica, Massachusetts, to hire experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time contract opportunities. Candidates must have prior correctional nursing experience.

Local Rate: $60/hour

Travel Package: Up to $2,650/week

Administer medications and assist with medical treatments

Perform triage, health assessments, and emergency first aid

Apply surgical dressings and wound care treatments

Monitor and document vital signs
-
Collect specimens for laboratory testing
-
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
-
Report adverse reactions and changes in patient condition
-
Provide patient education and discharge planning assistance
-
Promote a safe, therapeutic, and professional environment
-
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver quality patient care
-
Active Massachusetts RN license (or proof of application)
-
Minimum of 1 year of correctional healthcare experience

Current CPR certification
-
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
