Job Summary
We’re seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who will be the welcoming voice and presence for all guests at Moonlight Spa & Hammam. This role ensures that every visitor has a seamless, elevated experience from the moment they walk in.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism (on phone and in-person).
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointment bookings.
- Handle check-ins/check-outs, and payments.
- Answer phone promptly and courteously.
- Assist with retail product sales or service upgrades when appropriate.
- Keep the front desk and lobby area neat, serene, and inviting.
- Communicate effectively with spa therapists and team members.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front desk, lobby, locker rooms and common areas, ensuring a polished and hygienic environment at all times.
- Assist with housekeeping duties such as clean bathroom, sanitizing surfaces, refreshing towels, and tidying up client spaces when needed.
Qualifications
- Prior customer service or reception experience; spa background a plus.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, composed, and professional demeanor.
- Competent with scheduling tools, POS systems, and basic software.
- Passion for personal wellness, aesthetics, and high-quality service delivery.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.”
