Fairview Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care nursing team.
This role is ideal for a dedicated nursing professional who is dependable, caring, and committed to providing high-quality care in a supportive senior living environment. The RN will provide nursing care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
This is a part-time position or full time with hours of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. On call is required for full time staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing compassionate nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility policies
- Monitoring residents’ health, safety, comfort, and overall well-being
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Responding appropriately to changes in condition and emergency situations
- Documenting care accurately and timely in PointClickCare
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
- Following health, safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines
- Maintaining confidentiality and upholding nursing best practices
- Working collaboratively with the Director of Nursing and nursing team
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Successful completion of RN program
- Previous nursing experience preferred
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing a plus
- Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Knowledge of emergency care and health and safety guidelines
- PointClickCare experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, compassionate, dependable, and able to handle stress

Pay: $26.50 - $36.00 per hour
