Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our dynamic finance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the daily processing of all checks & credit cards to customers’ accounts for all business units, preparing daily deposits, mailing out invoices and statements and other clerical duties.Your expertise in financial systems and accounting concepts will support our goal of maintaining healthy cash flow and fostering strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate daily invoice print run for mailing
- Process e-checks
- Process cash receipts into accounting system, scan digital copy and maintain .pdf files
- Communicate and resolve unapplied payment issues with credit staff
- Process credit card payments from customers as needed
- Scanning documents for storage
- Process tax exempt certificates
- Process credit adjustments
- Provide general support to Credit Department
- Take incoming customer calls related to payment and invoice questions
Required:
- Extremely organized with attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- High School Diploma Required, AAS Degree in Accounting or related discipline preferred. This is an entry level position.
- Hours 8AM to 5PM with 1 hour lunch

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
