Universal Studios Kitchen Refrigeration Technician
The Food Equipment Technician is responsible for all Installation, maintenance, inspection and/or repair of commercial-grade food preparation and holding appliances and equipment in all facilities owned or operated by Universal Studios Hollywood, along with other duties as assigned. This includes but is not limited to operational aspects such as Preventive Maintenance tasks, repairs and performing and/or overseeing new and replacement installations. Such diagnostics and repair of industrial kitchen and bakery equipment including but not limited to mixers, direct steam kettles, proofers, sheeters, dough rounder, rack ovens. Gas and electric kitchen equipment including but again not limited to, fryers, steamers and ovens such as pressure cookers, steam kettles, tilt skillets, commercial dish machines, combi-ovens, microwaves, stoves and conveyor type ovens, broilers, hot-hold units, steam tables, convection ovens, woks.
