Crown Staffing is hiring a full-time Driver/Warehouse Associate in Chesterfield, MO!
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
Driver Pay: $21.00/hour after successful training and transition to the Driver role
Position Overview
Start in the warehouse and have the opportunity to transition into a company Driver position after successful training. We are looking for dependable, hardworking candidates interested in a long-term opportunity.
ResponsibilitiesWarehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean warehouse.
- Prepare products for customer delivery.
Driver
After successfully completing training:
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers.
- Load and unload delivery items.
- Provide professional customer service.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and move products as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Warehouse or driving experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be willing to start in the warehouse and train for the Driver position.
Pay
- Warehouse: $16/hour
- Driver: $21/hour after successful training and transition
