Job Summary
Join our growing team at a Farmers Insurance agency in Yuma, Arizona as an Insurance Sales Producer. In this role, you’ll help grow the district by building strong relationships and providing personalized insurance solutions to individuals. Duties
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage applications, client records, and daily activity using CRM systems
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting clients with policy changes or concerns
- Stay up to date on Farmers Insurance products, services, and industry guidelines (training provided)
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for serving the Yuma community
- Basic computer skills and ability to manage follow-ups and documentation
- Arizona P&C insurance license (or willingness to obtain - licensing assistance can be provided)

Pay: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour
