Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting visual inspections of the premises, and controlling access to the property
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts
- Uphold exceptional phone etiquette and guest services standards while managing front desk operations in a hospitality management setting
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality management principles
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests are highly desirable
- Experience in night audit procedures, guest services, and resort or hotel environments will set you apart
- Knowledge of hotel security protocols, CCTV surveillance, and emergency response procedures is beneficial
