Who We Are
We build the Blue Light emergency phones you see on college campuses, hospital corridors, and parking structures — equipment that exists because people's safety depends on it working every single time. Based in Holland, Michigan, we specialize in emergency and informational communication systems that protect people in the moments that matter most.
Our workshop is clean, quiet, and run by a small team that takes real pride in the work. We operate with a people-first mindset — that means honest communication, reasonable hours, and treating everyone like an adult. If you want to build something meaningful alongside people who actually care about quality, you'll fit right in.
Why Join Us
- Your work has real stakes. The products you assemble end up in schools, hospitals, and public spaces where they may one day help someone in an emergency.
- Predictable schedule, no surprises. Monday through Friday, first shift, with minimal overtime. Your evenings and weekends are yours.
- Clean, organized environment. We maintain a calm, well-kept workshop — not a loud, chaotic factory floor.
- Small team, real voice. You're not a number here. Your input shapes how we do things.
- Room to grow. We promote from within and value people who develop alongside the company. Opportunities exist to advance into quality, shipping coordination, or senior production roles over time.
