Part-Time Cashier / Retail Associate

Wyoming Drug has been a neighborhood staple in Wyoming, MN for years. We're independently owned, family-operated, and proud of the experience we offer. We have a well-stocked gift shop, a broad selection of over-the-counter products, and a full-service pharmacy, all under one roof. Our customers know us by name, and we know them, too.
We're growing our team and looking for a part-time associate who reflects those same values: someone dependable, responsible, and motivated to do great work.
Position details
Part-time | 12–20 hours per week | Afternoon and weekend shifts
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their visit
- Operate the register accurately and handle cash transactions with confidence
- Keep the register area organized and the sales floor neat
- Receive, price, and shelve incoming inventory
- Front and face shelves to maintain a professional store appearance
- Help create a safe, comfortable environment for customers and coworkers
- Contribute as a team player and take initiative when working independently
Qualifications
- Dependable and punctual, our customers and teammates count on you
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over your work
- Responsible and detail-oriented, especially when handling money
- Warm, friendly personality with a genuine desire to help people
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently pursuing)
- Physical ability to stand, move, and perform tasks throughout a shift
Preferred (not required)
- 1–3 years of customer service or retail experience
- Experience with plan-o-grams or merchandising (we'll train the right person)
Compensation: Based on experience
