We’re looking for a reliable HVAC Service Technician Helper to jump in and help our Lead Techs get the job done. Ready to learn a trade that pays well, this is your foot in the door. We don't expect you to know everything on day one, but we do expect you to show up on time and work hard.
We offer our HVAC Technician Helpers competitive wages of $18-$22/hour based on experience. We offer five paid holidays per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) and PTO (personal time off) after 90 days.
HVAC Expertise Needed:
- Support basic troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles, refrigeration principles, service tools, and testing devices.
- Follow safety guidelines and directions from senior techs.
- Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of proven success in Residential HVAC.
- EPA Certification is a plus.
- Valid Drivers License, clean driving record and a commitment to vehicle safety.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
