Overview
SV Outdoor Solutions is looking for (EXPERIENCED ONLY) Lawn Care Technicians for a new route in St. Cloud. This position starts as a part-time with a clear path to full-time position for the right candidate. We are seeking dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST have experience in lawn care maintenance (You will be put to the test) and a strong mechanical knowledge to effectively manage various tasks related to lawn care. This role involves working outdoors and requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform extensive mowing, edging, blowing, shrubs and hedge trimmings to maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Replacing Edger blades and strings for weed eaters when required.
- Basic sprinkler irrigation checks and adjustments
- Conduct regular landscape maintenance, including weeding, mulching, and fertilizing.
- Irrigate lawns and gardens efficiently, utilizing appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Carry out tree trimming and care tasks to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
- Maintain all landscaping equipment in good working condition through regular inspections.
- Communicate with clients regarding their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Maintaining clean, professional job sites
- Working efficiently as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge related to operating lawn care equipment and tools.
- MUST be Experienced in landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, irrigation, shrubs/tree trimming, and garden care - Is A Must.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and to work in various Florida weather conditions.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
Requirements
- Previous lawn maintenance experience required
- Experience with irrigation systems (basic troubleshooting a plus) required
- Experience trimming shrubs and hedges
- Bilingual preferred: English & Spanish
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time to start, with opportunity to move to full-time
- Daytime hours Mon - Fri.
