CPW Systems is looking for someone who enjoys building things, solving problems, and learning new skills. This is not just another general labor position. We're looking for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to grow into a highly skilled conveyor manufacturing technician.
What You'll Do
- Assemble and build custom conveyor systems.
- Read and work from mechanical blueprints and drawings.
- Perform basic fabrication and welding.
- Install mechanical and electrical components.
- Use computers to access drawings, work instructions, and production information.
- Learn new skills and take on increasing responsibility as you grow.
What We're Looking For
- Mechanically inclined with a strong desire to learn.
- Able to read or willing to learn to read blueprints.
- Basic welding experience (MIG preferred).
- Basic electrical knowledge (24VDC, sensors, motors, wiring is a plus).
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Dependable, motivated, and takes pride in quality work.
- Positive attitude and works well with a team.

Pay
- No experience but mechanically gifted: $22–24/hr
- Some welding, blueprint reading, and mechanical skills: $24–26/hr
- Can hit the ground running with all of the above: $26–28/hr
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
