Title: Groundskeeper
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Supervises: N/A
Hours per week: 40
Wage Scale: $19-21
- Maintain the appearance of the exterior common areas of the property:
- Walk the property daily and inspect for graffiti, report to Maintenance Manager
- Pick up and dispose of trash and litter
- Weed flowerbeds and sidewalks
- Assist in preparing vacant units for rental.
- Remove large items and sweep out debris.
- Maintain safety of the exterior common areas of the property:
- Change light bulbs as required.
- Ensure snow and ice is removed from entrances, emergency exits, service door entries, garage entries, and sidewalks.
- Assess the need for sanding the property parking lot and inform the maintenance manager.
- Maintain equipment supplies:
- Ensure proper care and use of equipment and supplies.
- Inform manager of malfunctioning equipment or potential safety hazards.
- Perform maintenance of equipment as assigned.
- Assist in maintaining supply inventory.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
- Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to lift and manipulate moderately heavy objects.
- Ability to use appropriate tools for various tasks.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures.may be assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
