What We're Looking For
Ferncroft Country Club is seeking an energetic and dependable Line Cook to join our fast-growing team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, demonstrates leadership skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and service.
Qualifications
- Nights and weekend availability required
- Experience in food service is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow recipes, plating standards, and food safety procedures consistently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
