Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages efficiently, using Toast POS
- Assist in food presentation and delivery, ensuring dishes are served promptly and correctly during busy service times.
- Greet guests warmly as a host or hostess, managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow.
- Support the bar team by handling cash transactions, cashiering duties, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining spaces, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about menu items, specials, and beverage options.
- Collaborate with team members during events such as banquets or nightclub nights to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Experience with TOAST POS systems
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Previous experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for sales tracking, and food industry calculations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
