One Beautiful Home® is looking for an experienced outbound phone professional who understands the art of cold calling and knows how to turn conversations into qualified opportunities.
We are looking for the voice of our company. You will often be the first person a homeowner speaks with, so your tone, confidence, listening skills, follow-up, and ability to build trust matter. A successful candidate will already know how to create opportunities instead of waiting for them.
If you have spent at least three years professionally making outbound calls, generating leads, setting appointments, or selling over the phone, this position gives you a place to put those skills to work across multiple parts of the homeownership industry.
WHAT YOU CAN EARN:
Your compensation begins with a $25-per-hour W-2 wage, with a minimum of 25 paid hours per week. On the remodeling side, you earn $25 for every qualified appointment that holds, plus 2% commission on remodeling projects sold from the appointments you generate.
Real estate opportunities earn an additional $25 for every qualified buyer or seller appointment, along with additional real estate and performance bonuses based on your production.
For the right phone professional, $25 an hour should be the floor rather than the goal.
WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are your primary outbound production days.During those days, you will prospect homeowners, create conversations, identify opportunities, nurture leads, and schedule qualified appointments for our team.
Monday is primarily focused on following up with the previous week’s appointments, reconnecting with homeowners, strengthening relationships, working existing leads, and keeping good opportunities moving forward.
Our phones are open for business Monday through Friday, and inbound opportunities are an important part of this position.When a homeowner calls One Beautiful Home® or America’s Construction Experts, they are already looking for help.
Your responsibility is to listen, understand what they are trying to accomplish, build confidence in our company, and get the right appointment on the calendar.

WHERE THIS CAN GO:
This position starts remote for a Northwest Indiana professional as we continue building One Beautiful Home® and prepare for our permanent office location.
We are looking for more than someone who can produce from home. We want to find the person we can build the phone operation around. Prove that you can consistently create qualified opportunities, represent our company at a high level, protect the quality of our appointments, and produce results.
As we transition into our office, the opportunity is there to help develop, train, and lead the full appointment-setting team. You have an opportunity to get in before that team exists and help us build it.
