We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Needs Cleaner/Homemaker to provide exceptional cleaning, household management, and supportive care tailored to an individual who is visually impaired . - Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Putting away grocery order
- Implement cleaning and sanitation protocols using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to uphold health standards.
- Maintain clear communication with client and their family and also manager specific needs and preferences; provide updates on household tasks or concerns.
- Take out trash
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles with knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, and sanitation procedures.
- Strong ability in laundry management and familiarity with various cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Skilled in time management to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple responsibilities.
- Experience in housekeeping management within residential or hotel settings; knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with home maker tasks and general custodial experience enhances service quality.
