Position Summary
We are adding a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to our expanding team. This role is well-suited for clinicians who enjoy working with children across developmental profiles and value interdisciplinary collaboration. You’ll work alongside SLPs, OTs, PTs, and BCBAs in a supportive clinic setting focused on quality care and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized speech-language therapy services to pediatric clients
- Complete evaluations, reassessments, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement functional, child-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as appropriate
- Communicate effectively with families to support carryover and home programming
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Deliver services aligned with neurodiversity-affirming and family-centered principles
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA certification or Clinical Fellowship status
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Interest in working with children with autism, speech sound disorders, language delays, AAC, feeding challenges, social communication differences, executive functioning needs, and sensory regulation differences
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
