What you'll do:
- Manage supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.

Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify and resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues.

Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to optimize supply chain execution and meet sales, inventory, and profitability goals.

Develop and present recommendations to address supply chain constraints and improve operational efficiencies.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives by implementing innovative solutions and process enhancements.

Supervise, mentor, and develop associates to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area. 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.
