Warehouse Supervisor
Lead Operations. Drive Efficiency. Support Growth.
Total Access Elevator is one of Southern California's leading independent elevator service companies, providing maintenance, repair, modernization, and new equipment solutions throughout the region. Backed by private equity and generating approximately $60 million in annual revenue, we are experiencing significant growth and are investing in the people, processes, and infrastructure that support our continued success.
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Santa Fe Springs warehouse while supporting the field teams that keep our customers' elevators operating safely and reliably. This is a hands-on leadership position for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys building efficient processes, leading people, and ensuring materials, equipment, and logistics run seamlessly.
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team that includes warehouse personnel and company drivers while serving as the central point of coordination between the warehouse and our maintenance, repair, modernization, and operations departments. You will be responsible for managing the daily flow of materials, coordinating deliveries to field technicians, and ensuring inventory is organized, properly labeled, and readily available to support customer projects.
In addition to overseeing warehouse operations, you will coordinate vendor logistics, manage material deliveries and returns, oversee the maintenance and repair scheduling of company vehicles, and ensure environmental compliance through proper handling of waste oil, recycling, and scrap materials. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment is essential, and you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies while promoting a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
This position also plays a critical role in managing company assets. You will oversee the tool management program by tracking, issuing, and maintaining tools and equipment, monitoring surplus materials, and ensuring inventory records remain accurate within our ERP system. Your ability to establish organization, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively across departments will directly impact field productivity and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has previous warehouse leadership experience, preferably in the construction, mechanical contracting, elevator, or field service industries. Experience supervising warehouse personnel and drivers, working with ERP systems, and using Microsoft Office is required. Forklift certification is preferred, along with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate is someone who takes pride in maintaining a well-run operation, enjoys improving processes, and understands the importance of supporting both internal teams and customers.
At Total Access Elevator, you'll join a growing organization that values teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. We offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid time off, company holidays, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with one of the fastest-growing independent elevator companies in Southern California.
We are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health, well-being, and professional growth of our team. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and more.
