Overview
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Fundraising Team Member Trainee. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a career in fundraising, marketing, sales, and leadership while making a meaningful impact for nonprofit organizations.
As a Fundraising Team Member Trainee, you will start by learning the fundamentals of community fundraising, donor engagement, and campaign marketing. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you will develop the skills needed to grow into a leadership role managing fundraising campaigns, training new team members, and overseeing client partnerships.

Responsibilities:
- Represent nonprofit organizations through community outreach and fundraising campaigns
- Educate donors about the mission and impact of the organizations we partner with
- Engage with the public to generate donations and long-term supporters
- Assist in executing marketing and fundraising events
- Build strong relationships with donors and community members
- Track campaign performance and fundraising progress
- Participate in leadership training and professional development
- Support onboarding and mentorship of new team members as you advance
- Help manage campaign logistics and outreach strategies

Pay: $650.00 - $850.00 per week
