What You Will Do
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:

Supervise and support housekeeping team members during daily operations
-
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met
-
Assist with training, coaching, and developing housekeeping staff
-
Coordinate room assignments and daily work schedules
-
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
-
Address guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping procedures
-
Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operational needs

Report maintenance concerns and follow up to ensure timely resolution

Preferred Qualifications

Previous hotel housekeeping experience required

Physical Requirements / Essential Job Functions
This is a physically active role. Candidates must be able to:

Stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift

Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds of linens, supplies, and equipment

Perform repetitive motions including bending, reaching, twisting, kneeling, and stooping

Safely work with cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment

Maintain stamina, attention to detail, and productivity throughout the shift
