What You’ll Do
As a Restaurant General Manager, you’ll lead the long-term success of one of our Madison locations. You’ll balance operational results with team and guest care, creating an environment where both thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and cost of goods to achieve financial goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and labor standards
- Champion company values and foster a culture of care, integrity, and ownership
- Partner with the Area Manager to set goals, track progress, and celebrate wins
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurants, hospitality, or retail (fast casual or full-service preferred)
- Strong people leadership: motivating, coaching, and holding teams accountable
- Business acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, and P&L performance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a full-time schedule averaging 45 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $55,000 - $65,000
- Quarterly performance-based bonus (10% of quarterly salary)
