We are hiring a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year in Highwood, IL. This role offers flexibility in caseload placement, with opportunities to work across a variety of age groups based on your preference.
Position Overview:

Full-time, 35 hours per week
- School year runs August through June
- Caseload options available from Early Childhood through High School

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver OT services aligned with student IEP goals
- Complete evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Address fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Illinois OT license or eligibility to obtain
- Previous school or pediatric experience is a plus
