Experience in immunotherapy, CAR-T cells, flow cytometry
Responsibilities:
Conduct, oversee, and analyze data from multiple complex Experiments (40%)
- Genome editing of primary human T cells
- Assess rates of transposon integration in primary T cells
- Assess functionality of modified T cells
- FACS panel analysis of gene edited T cells
Design and oversight of new experimental plans and procedures (40%)
- Develop novel methods for transposon based engineering of T cells and develop novel T CARs.
- Grant writing and design of experiemnets for grants (10%)
Routine lab maintenance (5%)
Materials acquisition and laboratory organization as necessary
Supervision (5%)
Supervise undergraduate research assistants and laboratory technical personnel who will aid in performing multiple complex experiments
