Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Guide guests through our unique menu, including specialty cocktails, premium cuts, and signature Japanese-fusion dishes
- Manage table sections efficiently while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards
- Accurately process orders and handle transactions
- Collaborate with teammates and support staff to ensure seamless service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Upsell specials, beverages, and premium items to enhance guest experience
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in upscale dining or high-volume restaurant service required
- Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge preferred; willingness to learn is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay composed and deliver high-quality service under pressure
- Must be 18+ years old and have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
