Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Conduct detailed janitorial tasks such as dusting, trash removal, window washing, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of all designated areas consistently while adhering to safety protocols and environmental guidelines
- Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within commercial or residential settings
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies for thorough sanitation
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on health and safety standards
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks efficiently
