Duties
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine patients’ physical abilities, limitations, and goals.
- Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques to optimize recovery outcomes.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies to ensure steady improvement.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
Experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; licensure required in the practicing state.
- Proven experience in outpatient rehabilitation, sports therapy, or hospital settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and connect with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to assess complex cases accurately and develop effective treatment plans promptly.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation purposes.

Pay: $90.00 - $105.00 per hour
