Full-Time Dental Assistant
Chesterbrook Dental Associates is seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, supportive environment where both our patients and team members feel valued.
Compensation
- $24.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule
- Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Enjoy a four-day workweek with three-day weekends
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready for procedures
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Sterilize and maintain instruments according to infection control protocols
- Provide exceptional patient care and help patients feel comfortable during treatment
- Educate patients on post-operative and oral health instructions
- Maintain accurate clinical records and charting
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies
- Support team members to ensure efficient daily operations
Qualifications
- Dental assisting experience preferred
- Current radiology certification required
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
