Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Roofer/ Installer to join our team. As a key member of our roofing division, you will be responsible for working on and repairing commercial roofs. While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. This position demands attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs., and effective multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect commercial roofs to identify issues such as leaks, cracks, and damaged materials.
- Perform repairs on various types of commercial roofing systems, including flat roofs, metal roofs, and modified bitumen roofs.
- Use tools and equipment effectively and safely to complete roofing tasks.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while on job sites.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in commercial roofing preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify roofing issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new techniques.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $30.00 per hour
