This position requires general knowledge of general building repairs, and some knowledge of HVAC plumbing
and electrical systems. Painting and drywall patching knowledge on occasion is required. Candidate reports to
and supports the Facilities Director. The ability to interact with company leaders, building managers and fellow
maintenance techs as well as our members will be key to your success. Responsibilities will be to travel to
specific locations designated by the facilities director to perform the tasks mentioned here. Neighborhood office

Accountable for:

Qualifications:
- Familiar use of Angus or other work order platforms
- Ideally live within DFW metro area to service 4 properties are assigned to the candidate
- Verbal and written communication skills are preferred
- Ability to work efficiently with intermittent supervision is required.
- Driver’s License - Clean Driving Record is required.
- High School Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Training and exposure to rooftop HVAC units is a plus
Detailed Maintenance Tasks:
- Complete work orders, including refreshing of office suites, in a timely manner as they are assigned.
- Clean and organize indoor community areas as necessary to maintain professional appearance and
atmosphere on the property.
- Paint community areas, as well as tenant spaces upon request, to provide upkeep of property walls.
- Attend to minor plumbing issues as they arise within property restrooms and tenant break room
space (such as clogged drains, flush valve replacement, etc.).
- Responsible for maintaining an inventory of maintenance supplies and tools needed.
- Maintain activation and deactivation of key fobs for building entry.
- Daily upkeep of property grounds (garages, common areas, building exterior etc.) by removing all
trash, blowing leaves, and any actions necessary to maintain property grounds.
- Confirm all light fixtures in common and tenant areas, including exit signs and exit emergency lights,
are operating correctly by changing faulty light bulbs and ballasts.
- Clear snow and ice during inclement weather.
- Power/pressure wash outside of building perimeter.
- This position requires on-call responsibilities every 4 weeks for 7days scheduled by the facilities
manager. Maintain availability during on-call times ensuring after-hours calls are answered and
responded to.
