Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
- Promote and sell retail products and financial services, including banking options and loan processing
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash management procedures
- Process transactions efficiently using financial software and perform basic math calculations for daily sales totals
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding customers through product features
- Maintain organized displays and ensure the sales floor is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked
- Support inventory management activities, including stock replenishment and inventory counts
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Basic math skills, including retail math and 10-key typing proficiency for accurate cash handling
- Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Basic understanding of banking or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with retail environments
