Technical Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager required to join an innovative manufacturer of medical gas and industrial air systems covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Northern California.
This company is a leader in medical and industrial air systems, specialising in compressors, medical gas systems, and vacuum solutions. They continue to expand across healthcare, laboratories, food & beverage, and broader industrial markets.
This is a strong opportunity for a sales professional with compressor and air system experience to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and lead sales initiatives across the Pacific Northwest and Northern California region.
Technical Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Compensation:
- Base salary circa $90,000 to $130,000 DOE + commission
- Health benefits and 401k
- Remote position with travel across WA, OR, ID, and Northern CA
Technical Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across new and existing industry segments
- Drive revenue growth through new business development and key account expansion
- Lead technical discussions with OEMs, end users, contractors, and engineering firms
- Benchmark competitors and refine sales strategies to maintain market position
- Manage and grow distributor and rep relationships across the region
- Work closely with leadership to align regional strategy with company growth plans
Technical Sales Representative / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical sales within medical gas, compressors, or industrial air systems
- 3–5+ years of experience in compressed air, vacuum, or related engineered equipment
- Strong technical and commercial ability to sell into multiple verticals
- Experience managing distributors, reps, and direct accounts preferred
- Willingness to travel across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Northern California
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
