APTS is searching for a Licensed School Counselor. Monday - Friday, 7:30 am-3:30 pm.
Employee’s duties include, but are not limited to:

Provide individual and group services to meet the developmental, preventive, and remedial needs of students

All planning of counseling activities involving students and staff
- Occasional communication with parents/guardians of students

Review current IEP service goals, recommending modification, and generating IEP annual goals for succeeding years

Maintain on-going written records in the form of session and monthly progress notes for available to appropriate APTS staff

Use available technology resources to enhance the program

Write reports for each assigned student according to APTS format and staff

Write quarterly progress reports which include graphs for each student’s progress

Maintain a professional presentation and demeanor at all times
Job Qualifications:

Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university and Certification from an approved Counselor Education program
- A current Professional License in School Counseling, School Psychology, Social Work or Professional Counseling
