About SuperTrees
Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Canby, Oregon, SuperTrees grows more than 150 varieties of trees using advanced air pruning container systems. Along with nursery production, we provide professional arboricultural services throughout Oregon, Utah, and Colorado.

What You'll Do
As a Sales and Consulting Arborist, you'll serve as a trusted advisor for municipalities, commercial property managers, contractors, HOAs, and residential clients.
You'll identify opportunities, provide expert recommendations, prepare proposals, and work closely with our operations teams to deliver outstanding results.
Typical projects include:
- Municipal tree planting projects
- Commercial landscape installations
- Tree pruning and removals
- Tree preservation and management plans
- Tree risk assessments
- Plant health care programs
- Residential tree care
- Urban forestry consulting
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines technical arboricultural knowledge with a proven ability to build relationships and close business.
Qualifications include:
- Proven history of producing $1 million or more in annual sales
- ISA Certified Arborist, or ability to obtain certification within 12 months
- Strong understanding of arboriculture and tree biology
- Experience preparing bids, estimates, and proposals
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Self motivated with the ability to manage your own territory
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred:
- TRAQ Certification
- Experience working with municipal and commercial clients
- Existing relationships within the Oregon tree care or landscape industry

Work Location
