Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on PTAC systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- CPO certified is a plus. Pool.
- All maintenance aspects of the Hotel and property as directed by the General Manager.
Skills
- Proficiency in PTAC systems and their maintenance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical issues effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel functions and experience in maintaining hotels.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments.
- Experience working with logic controllers in an industrial setting.
- Background as an electrician or mechanic is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
