We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Real Estate Associate to support our growing real estate business across residential and commercial properties.
This is a flexible, high-impact role where you’ll help streamline processes and structure, and contribute across multiple areas of the business. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, including MLS listings, marketing, and property operations, and can also assist with administrative and property management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Listings & Transactions
- Create and manage listings in MLS, CRM
- Coordinate transactions from contract to close
- Prepare contract and listing documentation
- Ensure compliance requirements are met
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Market properties across MLS, social media, email, and listing platforms
- Coordinate photography, signage, and listing launches
- Assist with branding, flyers, and online campaigns
- Help generate and nurture leads
Commercial Property Support (as needed)
- Assist with management of commercial office buildings
- Coordinate tenant communications
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams
- Leasing
Administrative Support
- Client communication and follow-ups
- CRM/database management
- General office and operational support
Qualifications
- Real Estate License (preferred but not required)
- 2+ years of real estate experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Familiarity with property management (Appfolio, Yardi)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
