Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of travel planning including flights, hotels, transportation, excursions, and special requests.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel options, and current travel advisories to ensure safe and enjoyable trips.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and service providers to secure reservations and confirm bookings efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and preferences to deliver seamless service.
- Upsell additional services such as travel insurance or special packages to enhance the client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new destinations, and hospitality offerings to offer innovative suggestions.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales within a remote sales environment or customer service roles that involve direct client interaction.
- Strong background in travel scheduling and planning, with familiarity in hotel operations or hospitality services.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in a customer-focused role that requires clear communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the travel industry standards, including airline policies, hotel operations, and destination information is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional service.
