We are seeking Hybrid Customer Service Specialists for a specialty insurer and risk assessment company located in Wayne, PA. This is a great opportunity offering training and room for growth!
Responsibilities:
- Providing high volume inbound support
- Responsible for providing support to clients who have questions about policies.
- Communication with internal departments on client inquires and issues in a timely manner
- Take inquiries from clients about obtaining policies, updating pertient information in company database
- Handling insurance documentation
- Resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree preferred or 1+ years relevant experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience and administrative skills
- Insurance experience a plus, but not required.
- Call center experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
This will be a hybrid schedule -2 days from home, 3 days in office
Hours: Mon-Fri
Pay: 21/hr
