We're hiring a self-motivated Legal Case Manager to join our team who will focus their efforts on working client files and helping to develop cases. This position requires someone who is organized, communicates well with both clients and opposing attorneys / insurance adjusters, is an excellent writer, and can provide administrative support with an eye for detail. The firm primarily interacts with insurance adjusters, insurance defense lawyers, and large corporate defendants. We make it a priority to maintain quality professional relationships and to treat everyone that contacts the office with courtesy and kindness. Hence, the ideal candidate should be friendly, accomodating, and operate well under stress.

We are a small office and the candidate would have a broad range of DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, to include but not limited to:
- Assisting clients with property damage claims
- Medically manage cases as needed, to include assisting clients with doctors appointments and referrals to specialists when needed
- Proactively managing / organizing client case files
- Assisting attorneys in building case files by collecting / filing evidence
- Completing regular tasks on client files as directed by an attorney
- Setting meetings with attorneys, experts, and prospective clients
- Drafting / reviewing demand packages
- Assisting with pre-litigation claims handling, as well as some litigation tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office. We are primarily a paperless firm and use a host of software to accomplish daily tasks from e-sign and faxing, to document editing and labeling; an ability to watch training videos, ask questions, and understand technology quickly is a must. We will provide training on our case management software. This position is in-office only, so you must be willing to commute to Central Phoenix regularly.
EXPERIENCE:
*Prior law firm experience is desirable.
*Prior insurance claims or insurance defense experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
2-year degree or Paralegal Cert acceptable, Bachelor's preferred.
