We are establishing our second US production plant in Louisville, Kentucky, and we're launching a major hiring initiative to build our core team quickly! Duties
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the company culture.
- Administer employee evaluation systems and performance management initiatives to promote continuous development.
- Coordinate and assist in benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with employment & labor law regulations, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning.
- Support workforce management through strategic planning, organization design, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with integrity while managing employee relations issues and conflict resolution efforts effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
- Demonstrated ability in HR sourcing, benefits administration, and training & development programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data analysis), HR systems and data collection tools for reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation procedures, regulatory compliance management, and OSHA standards is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully and professionally.
- Familiarity with ATS platform Paylocity; experience with social media management for recruiting is a plus.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in personnel administration tasks.
