Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Finish Loader/Grader Operator to prepare land for new home construction sites. This role involves operating heavy equipment to level and grade land with precision, ensuring a smooth foundation for future developments.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and skid steer to achieve precise land grading and leveling.
- Interpret construction plans and grade specifications to ensure accurate land preparation.
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate site activities and meet project timelines.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and adhere to company policies & safety.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed
Requirements
- Proven experience operating loaders & skid steer.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and grading specifications.
- Physical ability to work on-site under various weather conditions.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
