Pay & Details for Receptionist | General Clerical:

$15 / Hour

Part-Time to Full-Time Hours 6:30am-3:30pm

Opportunity for Overtime as needed

Weekly pay w/ Direct Deposit Options

Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Job Duties for Receptionist | General Clerical:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Answer phone calls, route calls, and take messages

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying

Follow all policies and procedures in place

Completes any other related tasks as needed

Requirements and Desired Skills for Receptionist | General Clerical:

High School diploma or equivalent

Dress Code: Office Casual

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficient in using computer systems

Strong attention to detail for accurate proofreading of documents

Prior bookkeeping skills required
