As a Club Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of club facilities while providing exceptional service to our members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Provide information about club amenities, services, and activities to guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during their visit.
- Monitor the cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and dining facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Facilitate communication between guests and staff to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Assist in food service operations as needed, including serving food and beverages to guests.
- Engage with children during club activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent public speaking abilities to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
- Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with resort environments is a plus.
- Previous experience working with children is beneficial for engaging younger guests.
- Knowledge of lifeguard procedures is an advantage for poolside responsibilities.
- Proficiency in guest services to enhance the overall experience at the club.
- Background in theater can be advantageous for engaging presentations or events.
