Overview
We’re hiring a Detail Technician who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and wants to be part of a growing, high-performance team.
This is not an entry-level, clock-in/clock-out job.
This is for someone who:
- Cares about quality
- Wants to make strong income
- Can operate independently in the field
Responsibilities
- Perform full interior & exterior details at customer locations and shop
- Execute:
- Deep interior cleaning (steam, extraction, stain removal)
- Exterior decontamination & protection
- Paint enhancement / correction (depending on skill level)
- Conduct pre-inspections with customers to align expectations
- Maintain clean, organized work environment (van or shop)
- Communicate with customers professionally (in-person + app)
- Document work with before/after photos
- Identify upsell opportunities (coatings, corrections, restorations)
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years detailing experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Able to lift equipment and work physically demanding jobs

Pay Structure
- Performance-based pay (% of job revenue)
- Typical earnings: $800–$1,200+ per week (based on production)
- Upsells:
- Earn commission on additional services sold
