. Must be able to safely operate all tools
. Must be qualified as a millwright or industrial mechanic.
. Must be familiar with or willing and able to learn operation of boilers, thermal oil heaters, air conditioning systems, and pneumatic controls.
. Must be willing to attend technical or other schools to become sufficiently proficient in all of the above areas and operations to do the tasks required.
. Able to load/unload heavy, large packages when necessary
. Operate Forklift
. Cleans up work area
. Cross-trains to other processes
